"And who is my neighbor?"
~ Luke 10:29b

This question that became the backdrop for Jesus' parable of the Good Samaritan (recorded in Luke 10) serves as the Biblical foundation for LOGAN Hope's ministry.

Moments earlier, the questioner had correctly answered that to inherit eternal life, one must love God and love one's neighbor. However, Luke records that the man persisted, wanting to justify himself. Perhaps he thought he could prove that he had done what was required. Yet the question is purposefully left unanswered.

In North Philadelphia, LOGAN Hope is answering that question by reaching out to the Cambodian community.
