Volunteers from the community, nearby universities, local schools, and church groups have played a integral part in all aspects of LOGAN Hope's ministry.
Since we have been called to serve poor immigrant and refugee families, LOGAN Hope charges little or nothing for its programs. For this reason, we depend on volunteers to incarnate the love of God as the hands and feet of the body of Christ.
Volunteers are encouraged to participate throughout the year through volunteering in the classroom (assistant teaching, one-on-one tutoring, reading help, leading chapel); in the afterschool program (homework help, one-on-one tutoring, organizing skits, games, worship times); and in the 5-week summer day camp.
the love of Jesus Christ through our service to the Logan Community of North Philadelphia, PA.
